We want you to browse and shop with confidence. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and how we keep it safe, in line with UK GDPR.
What we collect, and why
Newsletter. If you sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address, only ever with your consent, to send you occasional news about releases and the distillery. Sign-ups are managed by our email service provider and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. We do not pass your details to third parties for their own marketing.
Contact form and enquiries. When you contact us via the website form, email or phone, we collect the details you provide (name, email address, phone number and your message) solely to respond to your enquiry. Website form submissions are delivered to us by our form-handling provider.
Purchases. All of our products are sold and fulfilled by Amazon UK, so your order and payment details are processed by Amazon under Amazon's own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment information.
How long we keep your data
We only keep personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as legitimately required by the business. Stored data is reviewed so that we can adhere to our legal and contractual obligations.
When we must share data
We will pass over personal details when the law requires us to. For example, if there has been, or is a suspected, incident of crime or fraud where some or all of your personal details are legally required.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy and our cookie notice will be updated first.
Your rights
Please contact us if you would like a copy of the data we hold about you, wish to correct it, or have any concerns. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can ask us to stop for reasons connected to your individual situation, and we must do so unless we have a legitimate overriding reason to continue. In the interests of confidentiality, we will ask you to verify your identity before proceeding with any request about your data.
