All of our products are sold via Amazon UK, so returns and refunds are handled entirely through Amazon's own process.
Orders placed through Amazon
Every order is sold and fulfilled by Amazon UK, so returns and refunds are handled through Amazon. Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account, select the item and follow the returns process. Amazon's own returns policy and timescales apply.
If you have any difficulty at all, contact us and we'll help you get it sorted.
Late or missing refunds
If an approved Amazon refund hasn't shown up yet, check your bank account again, then contact your card provider. It can take a little time to post officially. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us and we'll chase it with you.
