We distil this exclusively from the highest quality wormwood, to a recipe dated 1855. It's made on our historic copper still and cut with pure limestone spring water. The result is a proper, old-fashioned absinthe: intense, a little unruly, and nothing like the sanitised versions on most shelves.


Try the Necromancer: 21ml Green Monkey Absinthe, 21ml elderflower liqueur, 21ml Lillet Blanc, a dash of London Dry gin and 21ml fresh lemon juice. Shake with ice, strain into a coupe, garnish with a lemon twist.
