Pungent and complex. Sour fruit and spice hit first, with a whisper of smoke close behind. Honey, nuts, ginger and peach build through the middle, and the finish keeps going. We distil it from Golden Promise malted barley and mature it in oak. It's our first single malt release. Worth the wait.
