This is our most decorated spirit, and it shows. Vanilla and burnt caramel lead, with chilli, orange and cocoa nibs threading through a smooth, smoky palate. The finish has real complexity. We mature it in European oak, charred hard and toasted deep, which is where the spice and the charm come from.
